Welcome to the IC of Bolivia

Players from Vosloorus Programme Chosen for Inter Provincial

Following the initial trials held in November which doubled as the Gauteng East Closed tournament, we had players invited back to play in the second series of matches to determine the inter provincial teams at under 13, under 15 and under 19. This year, with Covid having reduced considerably, they are able to have all eleven provinces together, some in Bloemfontein and the others in Pretoria.

I am delighted to say that three of our players have been selected to play, one of them for the first time that she will have received provincial colours.

Mpumi Hlatswayo has been chosen for the under 13 team and this marks a step forward for her as it will be her first appearance. Mpumi featured well in the first series of trials and endorsed this with her play in the second set of trials.

Thando Xolo represented the province last year at under 13 level but has now been chosen at under 15 and as that is her first year in the new age group, it is a just reward for her play throughout the whole of 2021. Thando was undoubtedly our standout player of the year with the results she achieved in the various tournaments.

Nkosikhona Ubisi has again been chosen for the under 19 team, this for the second year in a row. He is our top boy player and as this is his last year at junior level, he can sign off in high spirits.

The tournament takes place over four days from 18 March, and we not only congratulate these players on being chosen, but wish them every success at the tournament.
